- Nadine Lustre is now a solo artist
Now that she and James Reid have broken up, Nadine Lustre will now be going solo with her showbiz career.
The former couple, aka as JaDine, would have celebrated their fourth anniversary this February 11. They announced their split in a joint statement last January 20, explaining that their desire to focus on their careers and personal growth as the cause.
James and Nadine were supposed to star in the local remake of the 2011 Korean hit movie Spellbound. Due to James leaving Viva and Nadine taking a short break from showbiz, Marco Gumabao and Bela Padilla were tapped instead to lead the film.
Reports said the film’s shooting is now in progress under Thop Nazareno with some of the shots taken in South Korea.
On Twitter, fans of Nadine showed their support for her as a solo artist. Some commented that they are now excited to witness her new journey as an actress.
