Judy Ann Santos’ Starla is now on its finale week. The story of renewed hope, the warmth of home, love for the family, and forgiveness and redemption won Best Values Oriented Category Award in Platinum Stallion Media Awards.
Now that Starla is done, is Judy Ann thinking of switching networks?
Despite her love-hate relationship with the network, the Queen of Teleseryes has no plans of transferring.
“…sa tinagal tagal ko naman sa ABS, at though hindi ko naman tinatago na may mga moments naman ng kabataan ko na naiisip ko yun, diba? pag may tampo ka, pag halimbawa meron kayong miscommunication or misundertanding ng mother network you always think of something big to do yung ayaw ko na pero you always go back to where you began, where you started.”
“Napag-uusapan naman ang mga bagay-bagay kaya nga we are called Kapamilya eh, we.. I am able to tell to tita Cory, tatay Lorenz… siguro hindi naiiwasan yun,” she shared.
Judy Ann has been a loyal Kapamilya for 27 years.
She added, “Nasasabi lang sya, hindi naman nagagawa.. matabil lang talaga ako, pero wala.. wala.”
What role does she want to portray in her next projet?
“Nakakatuwa ang ABS, dreamscape and BUH, at for some reason they are able to give you new characters na hindi mo naiisip na pwede naman pala etong character na eto so I am excited to wait and to see kung anu yung susunod na ibibigay nila sa akin kasi you don’t have to work anymore and sabihin sa kanila kung anu yung role na gusto mo kasi sila na mismo yung magtitimpla,” she said.
