After battling a year of controversies, Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson started off 2020 with a positive outlook for his acting career.
In an interview with the press last January 16, Thursday, Gerald bravely answered questions about the current status of his heart for the first time after coming from a break up with his girlfriend of three years Bea Alonzo.
Gerald laughingly replied, “Maayos naman. Binigay ko na doon sa buong project.”
When asked if his heart is now ready to love again, the actor only gave a short reply by saying, “Nasa project pa.”
Gerald is presently preoccupied with his teleserye ‘A Soldier’s Heart’. The series will also include Kapamilya actors Nash Aguas, Yves Flores, Jerome Ponce, and Elmo Magalona.
It was last year when Gerald started to receive heavy criticisms after his then-girlfriend Bea hinted about his alleged infidelity on social media.
His photo together with his Between Maybes co-star Julia Barretto led to speculations that the latter was the third party in their relationship which eventually led Gerald ghosting Bea.
Gerald has since denied that Julia was the cause of the breakup.
