Three of GMA’s brightest singers Christian Bautista, Aicelle Santos, and Mark Bautista are among the cast of the new weekend show All-Out Sundays.
Premiering on January 5, the first two episodes gained high ratings, smashing its rival ASAP of ABS-CBN.
In a press conference held recently, Aicelle along with Christian and Mark admitted that they feel the pressure to maintain the high ratings of the show.
“To be honest, we are pressured especially coming from different Sunday shows na natapos kaagad,” Aicelle told the press.
She added, “So now the challenge is to keep the ratings up and to entertain audiences kasi ang daming expectations eh. Nandyan ung may nagbabash, pareho lang naman, pero yung iba naman they’re really very supportive.”
Aicelle emphasized that the All-Out Sundays cast are working hand-in-hand for the improvement of the show.
“So we have our groups with all the artists as in tulungan talaga pag sinabi mong practice, everyone is there on time.
“Mas makikita mo yung efforts ng lahat and nasa ano pa lang kami trial stage hindi ba? What works, what does not work so eventually, hopefully, we keep the ratings up and gumanda yung show.
“That’s what we want naman and were very lucky to be part of it,” she ended.
According to AGB NUTAM Ratings, All-Out Sundays debuted on January 5 with 6.1% while ASAP registered 5.7%.
