The Supreme Court has junked the petition for the legalization of same-sex marriage as the lawyers involved thoroughly believed that there are no substantial arguments last Monday, January 6, 2019.
“The Court resolved to deny with finality the said motion for reconsideration as no substantial arguments were presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned decision.”
