At the grand media launch of Ai-Ai Delas Alas’ new movie D’ Ninang, the veteran actress revealed that she is against same-sex marriage, but is open to an exchange of vows of LGBT couples.
“Okay naman, marami kaya akong inaanak na LGBT, kaya ung iba tawag sakin ninang. Uma-attend ako ‘pag exchange of vows, iba kasi ‘yon eh.
In addition to that, Ai-Ai reiterated that same-sex marriage is only applicable in the United States but not in the Philippines.
And, if ever Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda and real-life partner Ion Perez decide to get married, here’s Ai-Ai’s personal stance on it.
This is not the first time that Ai-Ai has shown disapproval of same-sex marriage but then, she has nothing against LGBT’s right to fall in love with the person they want. In fact, she supports same-sex relationships without the aspect of getting married at the church.
“Okay lang sa akin ang magmahalan, same-sex. Pag-ibig ‘yon eh.
