Refinitiv, a leading global provider of financial data and infrastructure, recently celebrated its first year.
Bannering the local celebration was the first Refinitiv Philippines Excellence Awards, recognizing their outstanding employees–individuals and groups who have delivered exemplary performance and high impact projects, and have developed themselves and their people into company role models.

It is through their continued hard work, perseverance, and enthusiasm to excel that helped us become the company we are today,” shares Lei Buendia, Director for Contributed Content, Customer Operations, and Managed Services, and Manila’s co-site lead. “The first Refinitiv Philippines Excellence Awards is our way of recognizing our employees who have worked passionately for the company.”
The accolade covered six categories, for both individuals and employee groups: the Top Performance Award for those who surpassed targets and delivered outstanding business results; the Vanguard Award for those who adopted best practices and enhanced operational efficiency; New Frontiers Award for those who pursued additional markets to showcase Refinitiv’s services; Talent Crusaders Award for those who developed themselves and their teammates toward connectivity; Ambassadors Award for those who have made a huge impact towards a safe, fair, and effective financial ecosystem; and the Special Merit Award for those who went beyond their official role by championing Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion within the company.
