Kapamilya actress Nathalie Hart has confirmed her separation from her Indian boyfriend Mayank Sharma, a real estate businessman and father of her baby girl named Penelope.
It was in June 2018, when she first revealed her pregnancy. In an Instagram post, Hart showed off baby Penelope who was born in Sydney, Australia last February 2019.
“We have separated our ways na. It’s okay,” she said in an interview on Tonight With Boy Abunda.
When asked for the reason of their split, she said, “I think it’s personal differences. It wasn’t working, it wasn’t a happy home. It’s better for us to have separate lives for my daughter to have a happy environment.”
Hart then became teary-eyed as she narrated the problems of their relationship and she admitted that she’s still in the process of healing.
“I’m still healing. I just thought ito ‘yung tao para sa akin talaga,” she said.
“For me, I just want to put all my time for my daughter talaga. If there’s no communication in the relationship, parang nagsasayang lang kayo ng oras talaga.”
She was then asked if the split was mutual and Hart responded, “Yes, it was. There’s no unity in the relationship and I wanted to be respected. I wanted to be loved the way I love that person. Gusto ko ganun, pero hindi ‘yun ang nakikita ko. He is the father of my child I love him, and that’s it for now.”
Nathalie Hart, formerly known as Kristina Snell and Princess Snell, was one of the finalists in the fifth season of StarStruck in 2010. Prior to this, she was among the new artists launched as Star Magic Batch 16 in 2008. She was last seen on TV in the series The Blood Sisters.
After several months on hiatus, Hart is now making a comeback through the digital series Barbara Reimagined with actors Mariel de Leon and JC de Vera. The remake of the Filipino classic horror is currently streaming on iWant.
