Gloria Romero’s weekly show Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko will soon be replaced with a new show. The veteran actress is reportedly suffering from vertigo and is currently recuperating at home.
Senator Bong Revilla’s comeback project titled Agimat ng Agila is set to take over the vacated timeslot of the fantasy series. The actor will act as a forest ranger in his newest show which is set to launch in 2020.
The other details of his show, which is expected to be an action-fantasy, has not yet been revealed but it is expected that the target audience will be young children.
Revilla’s manager Lolit Solis confirmed that he has begun working on the project this month. She also proudly shared that Alden Richards is set to have a guest appearance on Bong’s comeback TV show.
The senator was newly vindicated after four years of imprisonment for his plunder case and involvement in the pork barrel scam.
Though the actor knows that many are against his comeback given his previous criminal conviction, the actor remained positive about his TV comeback. He responded to the criticisms by saying that it’s no longer his problem.
“Haters are going to hate, and bashers are going to bash. The truth is out there, and it is their choice to side with lies and falsehood. Sino ang may problema? Not me.”
