Bianca Umali shared her sentiments on their noontime show Sunday Pinasaya ending soon on December 22, 2019. According to Bianca, every mainstay of the show has been affected by the news.
“Of course lahat kami nalulungkot, kasi it was a habit na for everyone, and sa Sunday Pinasaya kasi iba siya compared to other Sunday shows na experience namin.
Despite the good ratings which even beat ABS-CBN’s Asap Natin ‘To last January 12, 2019 with 6.2% score versus 5.3%, the Kapuso network is set on ending Sunday Pinasaya this December. In line with this, Bianca reiterated that every member of the show was crying when they had a meeting.
I am one of the newest members of the family.
APT Entertainment President Rams David finally spoke up about the issue. During the interview with PEP last December 9, 2019, he firmly denied that SPS had been cancelled and that it was actually because APT’s block time contract with Kapuso network ended.
“Alam naman naming kasi it’s [a] contract, contractual kasi yung show. Siyempre, it’s up to the network, kung ano yung plano nila. So we respect their decision naman, so okay lang naman.
