Singer-actress Agot Isidro blasted Foreign Affairs Secretary Teddy Locsin over his threat to journalists.
In a tweet, Agot shared a screencap of Locsin’s tweet stating he wanted to drop media people inside the controversial SEA Games 2019 cauldron.
“Hay. I want media to be dropped in the cauldron by chopper so they can light it with a match. We will be able to tell from the screams if the fire is real,” said Locsin.
In response, Agot said, “No wonder the Philippines is considered a dangerous place for journalists. We have a cabinet official wanting to set them on fire. Yes, that bad.”

Loscin’s tweet was in response to Senate President Tito Sotto’s remark regarding the pre-taped portion of the Olympic games trying to justify the pre-taping of the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games lighting of the cauldron.
