During Wowowin’s Will of Fortune segment, the 58-year-old businessman and TV host Willie Revillame noticed a pretty contestant who happened to be a vlogger.
Upon knowing that she doesn’t have a steady income, he invited the blogger to audition for Wil You Date Me? segment of his show.
But before Willie invited her to be a contestant in the other segment, he also asked if the vlogger who hailed from Biñan, Laguna if she could host as well.
“Bakit hindi ka na lang mag-audition sa Wil You Date Me? Di ba? Pwede ko siya i-date, date kami, malay niyo, Diyos ko tatlong lola aalagaan ko. Siguradong kasama ‘yan, kasama.”
Twenty-one-year-old vlogger Janene graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and previously auditioned for StarStruck where she reached the Top 40.
Last November 5, 2019, Wowowin’s TV host revealed that he wants to find his life partner from the contestants on his show. He also narrated that he feels melancholy, whenever he goes home every night from work.
“Alam niyo sa January, magfi-59 na ako. Matanda na ako. Lagi lang ako nag-iisa ‘pag umuuwi. Mahirap naman lagi ka lang mag-isa sa buhay. So ngayon ho meron kami bago ditong pakulo. Naghahanap na po ako ng makakasama sa buhay.”
Willie was referring to the newest segment Wil You Date Me? which is open for women aged 19 up to 40 years old who have never been married and have no children.
