Mylene Dizon’s next big project is to reprise Superstar Nora Aunor’s role in the award-winning Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit in a TV adaptation, with Kyline Alcantara playing the role of Maggie in the story.
Meanwhile, Nora will still be part of the Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit TV adaptation as Nolie’s mother Cedes, originally played by Perla Bautista.
The adaptation will also include other stars such as Zoren Legaspi, Ina Feleo, Gabby Eigenmann, Isabel Rivas, Divina Valencia, and Yasser Marta. Dante Rivero and Ricky Davao will both have a special participation in this TV adaptation, directed by Laurice Guillen.
Nora and her previous achievements on TV
The 66-year-old Superstar has starred in 40 films since 1972. She did a mini-series for TV5 Sa Ngalan ng Ina and the El Presidente movie with ER Ejercito.
In 2015, Nora Aunor was one part of GMA Network’s drama series Little Nanay with Kris Bernal and Chlaui Malayao that lasted for around four months. Nora’s most recent TV project was Onanay from August 6, 2018 until March 15, 2019.
