- Marian Rivera hints she will have her new series after her husband’s exit from Descendants of the Sun remake
- She revealed that she also has been receiving several movie offers
- She hasn’t made any TV dramas since last year
Celebrity mom Marian Rivera happily announced that she will soon be back doing TV dramas after a more than one-year hiatus. The Primetime Queen was last seen in the series Super Ma’am portraying the titular role.
Marian is expected to shoot her new series after her husband Dingdong Dantes ends his stint in the Philippine remake of Descendants of the Sun. The actress said that she is currently focusing her attention on her two children Maria Letizia and Jose Sixto G. Dantes IV.
“May offer po. Pero sabi ko nga siguro by next year. Ang weird kasi na matatapos yung taon tapos magso-soap ako at si Dong kasi magkakaroon ng soap. Siguro right after ni Dong yun na po yung time ko. Kasi ang hirap na parehas kami na wala sa mga anak namin,” Marian explained.
She also shared that she and Dingdong usually take turns on being hands-on parents to their son and daughter depending on their work schedules.
“Kapag siya ang nagwo-work, kailangan ako nasa bata. Kung ako yung nagwo-work kailangan siya yung nasa bata. Hindi pwedeng both kami na wala para sa mga anak namin,” she said.
Marian revealed that she has been receiving several movie proposals. Despite her busyness, Marian expressed her willingness to accept the offers one at a time.
Marian said, “Actually madami po na nakakataba ng puso dahil ang dami nilang ino-offer na pwede kong gawin talaga.”
Marian gave birth to her second child on April 16, 2019. She was given the Breastfeeding Influencer and Advocate Award by the Mother and Child Nurses Association of the Philippines on November 25, 2016, citing her advocacy for public breastfeeding.
