As the manager of Senator Bong Revilla Jr., Lolit Solis has confirmed that he will begin working next week on a new drama anthology.
“Baka next week, magti-taping na sila. Initial taping. Iyong parang monthly story, ano bang tawag doon? Anthology?”
To end the speculations of Bong’s guest appearance on Alden Richards’ TV Series The Gift, Lolit also revealed that it is actually Alden who is set to have a guest appearance on Bong’s comeback TV show.
“Hoy! Ang hindi nila alam, mali ang impormasyon nila! Si Alden ang magge-guest doon sa bagong show ni Bong Revilla, ‘no?!”
Bong’s upcoming show is set to replace Gloria Romero’s Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko, as the veteran actress is starting to feel severe vertigo and her health might get compromised by her work.
“Grabe raw talaga iyong vertigo ni Tita Glo. Parang hindi na talaga gustong magtrabaho, kaya kailangan palitan na.”
Bong on criticisms: “Haters are going to hate, bashers are going to bash.”
With the increasing criticisms for his upcoming TV comeback, Bong is fully aware that there are many people who are against it. He responded by saying that it’s no longer his problem.
“Haters are going to hate, and bashers are going to bash. The truth is out there, and it is their choice to side with lies and falsehood. Sino ang may problema? Not me.”
