For the 20th anniversary of Unang Hirit held at the 17th floor of GMA Network station, Arnold Clavio was asked if he would like to have a show with the same format as Raffy Tulfo In Action.
He honestly stated that it is not his forte to handle such a public service program and that he’s pretty satisfied with his on-going programs with GMA Network and radio program with Mike Enriquez and Ali Sotto.
“Ay, hindi e! May kanya-kanya tayong lakas. Ang sa akin, more on sa news ako, meron naman iba na puwedeng mag-handle doon kasi sa dami ko nang show, ang lumalapit sa akin more on sa mga sakit, mga mahihirap na kalusugan, yun ang lakas ko. Infotainment ako, e. Yung sa kanya, parang masyadong seryoso.”
In reply to a question from PEP, Arnold clarified that he has no background in Law, and it would be difficult for him to balance the situation if ever he has a program format like Raffy.
Raffy Tulfo recently made headlines when he bullied an elementary teacher to resign. DepEd is now set to investigate the issue.
