‘Starla‘ has had steady ratings since the start based on the data released by NUTAM People Ratings.
For the week of October 14 to 18, 2019, ‘Starla‘ registered its highest rating of 14.1% last Monday and got its lowest of 12.8% last Friday. ‘The Gift‘ on the other hand, was consistent at a rating of 9 until it peaked at 10.0% last Tuesday.
In ‘Starla’ this week, Father Tomas manages to hold an evening mass for the residents of Barrio Maulap for the first time, thanks to the gifts they received from the Rosales Group. Meanwhile, Teresa seizes Starla to determine if it can actually grant wishes. However, before she uncovers the secrets of the disguised wishing star, a problem regarding one of her clients’ case crops up. This forces the ruthless lawyer to return to Manila and drop her investigation on Buboy and Starla. Later, despite Greggy’s reminder to avoid trouble on his first day at school, Buboy gets into a fight with his classmates.
Upon receiving bad news about Mr. Alvarez’s case, Teresa struggles to find a way in preventing the evidence to get in the hands of the court. An unexpected turn of events leaves Teresa stunned, but remains adamant on believing in miracles. Meanwhile, the nebula begins to change negatively, indicating that Starla has granted a bad wish again. Determined to prove his belief, Dexter tries to gain Buboy’s trust. His hunch proves him right as he witnesses an extraordinary event.
