One of ABS-CBN’s popular love team partners Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber or MayWard revealed that they had their “biggest fight” in Hawaii.
According to Maymay, she was feeling down at the time because of a personal problem, and she became irritated when Edward repeatedly asked her to open up.
“Siya kasi, maalaga, very thoughtful. Sabi niya, ‘May, what’s the problem? Am I the problem?’ ‘No, you’re not.’ Hanggang, ‘Hindi nga ikaw!’ ‘O sige, ikaw na, nag-away na tayo!’” she laughingly narrated in a video interview with Cosmopolitan Philippines.
After they reconciled, Maymay said that they both learned something and got to know each other better. She, however, did not give details about the cause of her problem and how they ended their fight.
“Hindi kasi ako expressive, tapos siya, expressive siya. Doon ko natutunan sa kaniya na dapat pala, minsan, sinasabi mo ang problema mo para mas maluwag siya, mawala ‘yung tinik sa puso mo. Tapos ngayon, mahinahon na kami mag-usap,” she said.
Maymay and Edward’s chemistry as a love team was first noticed since they joined the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7 as teens in 2017. Though they started out as friends on the show, fans were quick to ship their tandem and dub the pairing as MayWard.

Their popularity began to increase as did the rumors about their romantic relationship. Recently,Edward admitted that he is courting Maymay and still waiting for her response during their guest appearance on Gandang Gabi Vice.
MayWard has starred in films like Loving in Tandem, Da One That Ghost Away, and Fantastica and in shows like Hiwaga ng Kambat, Wansapanataym: Ikaw Ang Ghosto Ko, and La Luna Sangre.
Currently, MayWard is nominated for the Fan Club of the Year and Love Team of the Year in the RAWR Awards 2019.
