Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao posted on Sunday, October 27, a video of himself sparring with Chinese multi-billionaire Jack Ma as he teased his age-old American rival, Floyd Mayweather Jr., to fight him again.
In the 27-second clip on Pacquiao’s Instagram captioned as “Message to Mayweather!” Ma was seen throwing punches at the Filipino boxer-turned-politician, who was holding the mitts.
With rock music playing in the background, segments of the “spar” were sped up to give the video “more punch.”
After hitting it out with Ma, Pacquiao faced the camera and urged Mayweather to either face him to a “real fight” or take up an exhibition option with his “billionaire buddy.”
“Floyd Mayweather, if you want a real fight, fight me,” the Filipino star said in the video.
“If you want an exhibition, my guy, my friend, Jack Ma will take care of you. The real Manny team,” he added.
For his part, Ma said: “Yeah, I’m ready. Any time, any place. Manny’s team is ready.”
Pacquiao’s latest post has already gotten a lot of attention. It received more than 640,000 views 18 hours after it was posted.
Talks of an iconic Pacquiao vs Mayweather rematch have been circulating for months.
However, an agreement has yet to be signed off by the two boxing legends.
The fighting senator is now in Hangzhou for his second meeting with the China’s richest man.
