Nadine Lustre’s father Ulysses Lustre has been controversial for the past few weeks because of his intriguing and cryptic posts on Facebook.
“At last someone finally understood.” This was the actual response of Ulysses to a netizen who suggested that he approach James Reid to think things over since ABS-CBN is trying to build another love team for the actor with Nancy McDonie of Momoland.
Netizens were quick to assume that based on his response, Nadine, who is James’ partner in real life, was definitely against the JaCy team-up. But this was just one of Ulysses’ recent controversial posts.
It seemed that Ulysses was aiming his post of “flop” and “high-gross” to Kathryn Bernardo, seeing as the star just had the highest-grossing Pinoy film of all time. Kathryn’s fans lambasted him in just a matter of three hours in the comment section on his post.
Here’s the actual post of Ulysses allegedly made for Kathryn:
Nadine’s recent movies Ulan and Indak failed to impress viewers, while Kathryn’s The Hows of Us and Hello, Love, Goodbye are both the highest grossing Filipino films.
Though Kathryn has nothing to do with the results of her films and really needs to just portray her roles efficiently, the posts of Ulysses seemed to be made out of envy for Kathryn’s successful movies.
As of this writing, Nadine’s father managed to delete all his cryptic posts. He asked for help to flush out the bashers, and hired a lawyer to gather sufficient evidence and file for a cybercrime complaint.
