Daniel was also asked about the possibility of his girlfriend working again with Alden for another project. With the huge success of Hello, Love, Goodbye, a follow-up project of Kathryn and Alden might be possible.
What can Daniel say about this?
“Why not? Kung maganda yung kwento,” he answered,
Daniel and Kathryn are known for their box office hit films Must Be… Love (2013), She’s Dating the Gangster (2014), Crazy Beautiful You (2015), Barcelona: A Love Untold (2016), Can’t Help Falling in Love (2017), and The Hows of Us (2018). Throughout the past years, Daniel proved himself as one of the prominent actors of ABS-CBN with his numerous successes and acting awards.
Daniel and Kathryn recently opened their barbershop called Barbero Blues on Saturday, Oct. 26 at the 5th level of The Block, SM North EDSA in Quezon City.
Aside from KathNiel, Daniel’s mom Karla Estrada and Kathryn’s mother Min are also partners in the business.
Despite having a stable career, Kathryn said that she realized the importance of business investments.
“How I wish hindi ko kailangan, pero kailangan e. Marami tayong pinag-iipunan, bahay, kung ano-ano ang mga gustong gawin. I think it’s good to invest in something na ganito, hindi yung kung saan saan [napupunta] yung pera mo, at least merong pinupuntahan yung pinagpapaguran. Then maraming gastos so kailangan pa rin nating kumayod, so kailangan pa rin I swear,” Kathryn said.
This year, the couple took on separate career paths to flourish individually. Currently, Daniel is prepping up for his solo project next year.
But it seems that the KathNiel fans will not any wait longer as the two stars are now preparing for their comeback teleserye after almost two years. Their comeback series will soon air in 2020.
