Young Kapamilya actress Alexa Ilacad clearly stressed that she doesn’t want to be involved in Nash Aguas and Mika dela Cruz’s relationship.
Nash, 21, had a “mutual understanding” with Alexa,19, for years but they never ended up as a couple. Last year, Nash officially announced his relationship with former Kapamilya actress Mika dela Cruz which according to him, started on October 20 of the same year.
But during an interview on Tonight with Boy Abunda, Alexa admitted that she was puzzled when she read a comment of Nash for his girlfriend, Mika. Alexa then had questions about their past romance.
“Kasi, Goin’ Bulilit, they were together, puppy love, they were the first ones.
“After that, LUV U, saka lang naman ako pumasok in the middle of that…
“Napaisip ako when I read that 13 years thing kasi inside that 13 years I was there so when you say that ’13 years and I still love you,’ where was I? Maybe that hour I cared but I said to myself, not worth your time, move on.”
Alexa added, “I had 4 to 5 years for those 13 years.”
But the actress emphasized that she did not intended to discredit the actor.
“When I said na napaisip ako reading that, I did not mean to sound like sinisiraan ko siya, na masama siya, na I am so kawawa, I didn’t mean that, I just said it as it was.”
She also admitted that she is on good terms with the actor despite the controversy.
“We are okay, we’re are civil, We have enough respect for each other,” the 19-year-old actress stated.
Alexa remarked that moving forward, she wants to leave everything behind her already,
Alexa then pointed out that she wanted to distance herself from Nash and Mika’s current relationship and just forget everything about her past romance.
“I want to exclude myself from them, from their life. I just want to cut it and leave it in the past.”
Following her remarks on the late night talk show,Alexa then revealed that Nash once spread false accusations against her in the past which caused a rift in their relationship.
Alexa said she was hurt learning that it was Nash who spread the lies about her.
“Kaya ako nasaktan kasi hindi niya lang sinabi sa akin, pinagkalat niya. Yung make-up artist na ka-close namin nagulat na lang ako na inayusan niya ko three years ago ‘Alexa, totoo ba yung sinabi nya? Nanlalake ka daw?'” Alexa recalled.
“Nalaman ko din sa iba at sa isang direktor namin. Dun ako pinakana-hurt.”
She also added that this was actually the true reason they split up.
“It’s his reasons.It’s his assumptions.Pinilit niya akong paniwalaan. It’s so hard to tell someone the truth when they already have something stuck in their head,” she explained.
Alexa along with Nash and Mika were once part of the now defunct Sunday comedy gag show Goin’ Bulilit. Alexa and Nash were former love team partners who starred together in the Sunday teen sitcom show Luv U and the afternoon drama series Doble Kara and Bagito.
