GMA Network’s The Better Woman starring Derek Ramsay and Andrea Torres will bow out of its timeslot in two weeks.
Started last July 1, The Better Woman will be completing its one season until finale.
The Kapuso series suffered very low ratings from its pilot until now. It was first placed in the second timeslot then pushed to a later timeslot when The Killer Bride started getting high ratings in the third timeslot.
Many viewers believed that the show was better suited to a late timeslot due to its mature content and plot.

Despite getting low ratings from the start, The Better Woman managed to hang on.

Tuesday (September 3) The Better Woman: 8.0% vs. The Killer Bride: 12.2%
Wednesday (September 4) The Better Woman: 7.7% vs. The Killer Bride: 11.6%
Thursday (September 5) The Better Woman: 8.6% vs. The Killer Bride: 12.6%
Friday (September 6) The Better Woman: 9.3% vs. The Killer Bride: 10.6%
It is expected to be replaced by One of the Baes starring Ken Chan and Rita Daniela.
