It wasn’t a good start for GMA Network’s Love You Two starring Jennylyn Mercado and Gabby Concepcion. The Kapuso teleserye endured the finale week of ABS-CBN’s top-rating teleserye Halik in Kantar Media and NUTAM TV ratings.
Love You Two eventually picked up when Sino Ang May Sala? Mea Culpa’ started on ABS-CBN. Despite its low ratings at the start, it picked up and beat its rival show. But during its last two weeks, Sino Ang May Sala? Mea Culpa’ regained its viewers and began beating Love You Two again.
Sino Ang May Sala? Mea Culpa was replaced by The Killer Bride which started with a very rating in both Kantar Media and NUTAM TV ratings prompting GMA Network to put Love You Two in the second timeslot while pushing back The Better Woman‘ to a later timeslot.
It wasn’t a good move for the Kapuso Network as Love You Two suffered even more with low ratings while its new rival show The General’s Daughter enjoyed high ratings.
Love You Two‘ s bidding goodbye this week. Alden Richards’ The Gift was chosen to be the replacement of the show.
