“Women empowerment!”
This is what GMA Network’s new show Beautiful Justice pushed for on its pilot week, but what is the reason behind this action drama series?
At the “All-New September Prime” event on Tuesday, September 10, at the Premiere Theater of Shangri-La Plaza, GMA’s Vice President for Drama Productions Redgie A. Magno shared the reason they created Beautiful Justice.
“We wanted to do some action soap. This time, the lead characters are female. For a change, di ba? Because this is women empowerment and still, siyempre, mayro’n pa rin heart, mayro’n pa rin story about the family and heartwarming pa rin at the same time. But we see the female characters are empowered! Kasi, it’s always males in action, we see male characters as the lead characters. This time female naman and I think we have a beautiful cast and a beautiful story.”
The lady executive looks forward to the show bring patronized by the viewers
