- Erin Ocampo is now officially a Kapuso!
- She left GirlTrends in April due to a dispute.
- She is set to appear in GMA Network’s Beatufil Justice.
Former GirlTrends member Erin Ocampo ended her ties from the Kapamilya network and is now officially an artist of GMA Network on July 22.
The former Kapamilya talent left the girl group after having a confrontation with fellow dancer Chienna Filomeno in April. The reason behind this was her alleged backstabbing with Dawn Chang.
Erin has now started her journey as a Kapuso through the newest primetime series Beautiful Justice. She already had her first taping day for the action series playing as one of the PDEA agents. The female star said that she was overwhelmed by the warm welcome she received from the Network.
“Sobrang kinakabahan po na sobrang thank you.. kasi yung pagtanggap nila sa akin talagang galing sa puso,” Erin shared.
Apart from this, Erin also is looking forward to future projects in her new home Network.
“Expectations ko sana more projects magtiwala po yung mga boss ng sa akin ng GMA ng Artist Center na kaya ko po,kaya kong gawin lahat.”
Ocampo also said that she only had little adjustments in dealing with the people in her new Network.
“Kung tutuusin po konting konti lang kasi yung mga staff yung mga artist na nakatrabaho ko sobrang ang babait talaga. Kung meron man akong in-adjust eh yung kilalanin na lang sila. Yun lang po.”
Erin also had an appearance for the comedy show Pepito Manaloto and drama anthology Magpakailanman.
She also wants to prove herself as a versatile artist in the industry and admits that she is open for sexy roles.
“Lahat po gusto kong gawin para if ever po kailangan, diba hindi na ako magtra-training ,kaya ko na agad. action, comedy, drama, dancing, acting, singing lahat po ginagawa ko ngayon. Gusto Kong makilala nila ako na yung artist na kayang gawin lahat,versatile artist,ayun po.Bida-kontrabida,pwedeng maldita.”

Erin expressed her willingness to work with Kapuso stars Derek Ramsay, Dingdong Dantes, and her number one crush Alden Richards.
She was known her role in ABS-CBN’s Pintada (2012), Just the Way You Are (2015) and FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano (2015).
