- Ahron Villena has been in showbiz for 15 years
- He admitted he felt disappointed with how his career turned out
- He will be part of an upcoming Kapuso series
Ahron Villena admitted that he is disappointed with his acting career which has spanned 15 years now.
He became known when he joined TV Idol (You’re The Man), a segment of ABS-CBN’s noontime show Magandang Tanghali Bayan in 2004. Since then, he has appeared in local television dramas, different anthology series, and movies.
In 2010, he moved to ABS-CBN’s rival station GMA Network to join Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown. But he returned as a Kapamilya after the show .
Despite being dissatisfied, Ahron said that he was still thankful with his projects.
“I’ll be honest naman po, of course, kahit papaano nag-expect ako before nung medyo bata ako na talagang aangat yung career ko kahit papaano. But now, to be honest din, I’m really happy kung ano po yung kinakalagyan ko ngayon.
“Kasi, imagine, I’ve been in the industry for 15 years, ang dami ng bagong artista, sobrang dami. And I’m really happy na nako-konsider pa rin ako kahit papaano sa mga projects,” he said during the mediacon of his indie film Marineros last August 28.

Ahron admitted said that he was most disappointed about his unachieved goals for his career.
“Well, meron din siyempre. Parang, ‘Ba’t ganun?’
Hindi man maging bida, its okey, I don’t mind kung ano yung maging role ko.
“Ako kasi, I’m not into fame any more. Wala na, hindi na ako do’n. As long as may work and at the same time yung work na gagawin ko is yung parang tatatak sa tao, walang problema sa akin.”
He said that he was unfazed by his scandalous photo which was leaked in 2017, adding that the lowest point in his career was being jobless.
“Nung pinagpipiyestahan nila yon may trabaho nga ako non, eh,” he said laughingly.
“Mas lowest point nung time na wala akong work kesa do’n sa scandal ko.
Hahaha!”
Ahron also gave advice for his fellow celebrities who faced scandal issues.

“If you have the guts, eh, aminin mo na!
The actor is currently facing rumors about his alleged rich, gay benefactor but he denied that this was true.
The actor is set to take part in the upcoming movie Marineros helmed by Anthony Hernandez that will premiere this September 20.
It is produced by Golden Tiger Films at Premier-Dreams Productions, Inc. with leading stars Michael de Mesa, Jon Lucas, Jef Gaitan, Paul Hernandez, Alvin Nakasi, and Valerie Concepcion.
Apart from this, he is also part of the upcoming Kapuso drama series Madrasta with Arra San Agustin, Juancho Trivino, and Thea Tolentino.
