Star Cinema’s Hello, Love, Goodbye is definitely a box-office and commercial hit. Starring the fresh team-up of Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards under the direction of Cathy Garcia-Molina, the movie has captured millions of hearts at the Philippine cinemas.
Since it was released last July 31, the movie has raked in over P600 million in domestic earnings. The movie is still showing in more than 350 cinemas nationwide and is currently having international screenings in several countries including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Japan, and South Korea. Hello, Love, Goodbye is also the first Filipino movie screened in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
With international screenings in full swing, the Star Cinema movie is now poised to surpassed Kathryn’s previous record-breaker in 2018, The Hows of Us with love team partner and real-life boyfriend Daniel Padilla.
Also directed by Direk Cathy, The Hows of Us grossed more than P 900 million in worldwide earnings. The movie earned a total of Php 700 million in the local box office and over US$ 2 million in international receipts according to the ABS-CBN Investor Relations Annual Report 2018.
Hello, Love, Goodbye is going on its third week, but the number of moviegoers watching the film is still high.
