This award-winning melodrama centers on Trisha (Paolo Ballesteros), a transgender woman who dreams of becoming a beauty queen. The heart-wrenching story follows her colorful life, from her troubled childhood as a young boy living under the roof of a homophobic father (Joel Torre) to her wacky adventures as an aspiring pageant queen alongside her loyal best friend, Barbs (Christian Bables).
