A more premium and sophisticated experience awaits customers at Lenovo’s Exclusive Concept Store SM Megamall, which recently underwent a redesign in its efforts to deliver outstanding customer service.
Located at the 4th floor in Cyberzone, the refurbished store now gives more room for visitors who want a firsthand experience of Lenovo’s latest devices, accessories, and peripherals.
In its bid to provide customers a premium experience, Lenovo, the number one PC and smart devices developer, redesigned its exclusive concept store in SM Megamall. For Lenovo Philippines Country General Manager Michael Ngan, the renovation of the concept store will provide an overall better experience for their customers.

This strategy has helped position Lenovo as a global technology leader.
During the forth quarter of Fiscal Year 18/19, the company’s net income soared to $118 million while at the same time posting revenue of $11.7 billion and gross margin of 16.2%, both surpassing projections.
These figures earned Lenovo the number one spot in PC shipments by Gartner for the first quarter of 2019.
There are currently 19 Lenovo Concept Stores serving clients in key cities across the nation. The Lenovo Exclusive Store-SM Megamall is open daily during mall hours from 10:00AM to 9:00PM.
