In the latest AGB People Ratings result, It’s Showtime was not about to give up noontime supremacy to its competitors.
For the week of July 29 to August 1, It’s Showtime started its semi-finals week for Bida Man. Bida Man is the Kapamilya noontime show’s answer to Eat Bulaga!‘s more established male search Mr. Pogi.
Coincidentally, Eat Bulaga! is also on their finale week for Mr. Pogi which concluded last Saturday, August 3 with the crowning of Oscar San Juan.
From Monday to Thursday, It’s Showtime and Eat Bulaga! swapped leads in the ratings board.
It’s Showtime captured Monday, July 29, beating the Kapuso noontime show by 0.2% at 6.6% versus 6.4%. The rival shows meanwhile were tied at 6.4% on Wednesday, July 31.
For Tuesday and Thursday, Eat Bulaga! led the race with 6.7% versus 6.0% ratings on both days.
Meanwhile, Hanggang Sa Dulo ng Buhay Ko remained in third place for the whole week trailing with the 2 leading noontime shows.
