It was on July 21, Sunday when Bea Alonzo, the former girlfriend of Gerald Anderson for almost three years, posted cryptic words on Instagram presumably hinting about her Gerald’s infidelity. She captioned a black photo with: “‘You can’t make the same mistake twice, the second time you make it, it’s not a mistake anymore, it’s a choice.’ ENOUGH,”
Following her post, many netizens were intrigued as a social media user revealed that Gerald was seen together with Julia Barretto during the 30th birthday party of Rayver Cruz held at a bar in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, last July 20,
She attached it with a now-viral photo which further fueled the rumors of a romance between the two.
Since then, the names of “Bea,” “Gerald,” and “Julia” have been trending topics on Twitter and has made numerous headlines on social media.
In the midst of the controversy, a newly unearthed photo of Julia and Gerald supposedly hinting about their alleged relationship is circulating on the internet.
As seen in the image, Julia and Gerald (wearing a jacket and a cap) were smiling at each other while apparently holding hands.

Apart from this, their photos from the shooting of Between Maybes also went viral as it showed their sweetness towards each other.
After confirming that she was ‘ghosted’ by Gerald, Bea said in an interview that she is now moving forward. She participated in the scriptwriting workshop of Ricky Lee to let out her feelings. Since then, the actress has remained mum about the controversy in spite of being accused of bullying by Julia.
Meanwhile, Gerald stated in an interview that there was no third party to blame for his separation with Bea. He shared that they had numerous fights until it came to the point where it became unhealthy for both of them.
