On Monday, August 12, Barbie and Andre joined the cast of Love You Two in an effort to weaken the pilot episode of ABS-CBN’s latest horror suspense drama The Killer Bride.

Love You Two used to hold the timeslot throne until it was defeated by Kapamilya rival Sino Ang May Sala?. The decline in their ratings was caused by the poor performance of its pre-programming, The Better Woman.
The Better Woman‘s continued slump in the ratings game affected other Kapuso programs, causing their ratings to dip and give an advantage to their rival shows.

Barbie and Andrei’s previous teledrama That’s My Amboy used to be a top rater and timeslot winner when it was still on air. But the effort didn’t work as the Maja Salvador-led teleserye won in the ratings game.
AGB NUTAM People ratings reported a 10.9% ratings share for The Killer Bride‘s pilot, 4.9% higher than Love You Two.
Kantar Media meanwhile reported a more significant win for The Killer Bride scoring 23.1% vs 10.1% of Love You Two or a margin of 13%.
