The drama-comedy movie marks the comeback of GMA Pictures. It also serves as Michael V’s directorial debut.
A joint project of GMA Pictures and Mic Test Entertainment Inc., it is a true-to-life story that revolves around a loving couple whose family and marriage will be tested by life-changing challenges.
The official trailer for the movie was already released, gaining different impressions from netizens. But despite its “drama feels,” Michael V. saw to it that there will be a touch of comedy in his first-ever movie directorial job.
His co-star and leading lady Dawn Zulueta revealed that she took GMA Pictures’ offer to be part of this film is because of Michael V, himself.
With Family History coming to the big screen, the Kiko En Lala film headlined by comedians Tetay and Tekla will be put on hold. Kiko En Lala was supposed to be the comeback vehicle of GMA Pictures, however, it was set aside to give way to Family History.
