Skip the lines and order online with Bo’s Coffee advance ordering BOTTY

With world-class brews and supreme customer service, enjoy the next level caffeinated experience with Bo’s Coffee Advance Ordering BOTTY, a first in the PH market.

Bo’s Coffee, a proud Filipino coffee chain that has been serving quality coffee since 1996, is now making it easier for customers to enjoy their coffee.

This is perfect for people who are always on the go and want to skip the long queues as BOTTY lets you order ahead of time so your coffee is pick up ready when you go to your preferred Bo’s Coffee branch.

“We really want to give our loyal customers the best of both worlds. If they want to unwind and relax, they can come to our stores and enjoy the ambiance.

When they want to save time and don’t have time to line up, we also have the platform for that and that’s BOTTY,” said Steve Benitez, CEO of Bo’s Coffee.

Bo’s Coffee introduced BOTTY in March this year in five stores. By June 2019, it became available in 47 stores.

“For now, it is just for select stores but there are plans to expand it to all stores so that all our customers in the Philippines can have this experience,” said Benitez.

BOTTY is available at selected Bo’s Coffee stores in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Palawan, Davao and Cagayan de Oro.

BOTTY is very user friendly and can be accessed through the Facebook Messenger app.

To use BOTTY, simply open the Messenger app and search for Bo’s Coffee Advance Ordering BOTTY. Then, you can send your location or choose the store to place your order. Choose your drink size, perks, and quantity.

You can pay online using Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards, Paymaya Card and Cash.

Your order will be ready in 15 minutes, skip the queue and present your collection number.

Soon, other online payment options will be accepted such as GCash and GrabPay. Delivery service will soon be available as well via GrabExpress.

With the launch of BOTTY, Bo’s Coffee will be creating more convenient ways for customers to order through other digital initiatives which will be launched soon.

Steve Benitez founded Bo’s Coffee in June 1996. He has held different roles for the company—he became President in 2000 and later on elected by the Board of Directors as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in November 2008.

Mr. Benitez earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.

He took Executive Education in Massachusetts Institute of Technology, London Business School and Wharton School of Business.

He is also an Endeavor Entrepreneur and a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization Philippine Chapter.

He has over twenty – five years of professional and entrepreneurial track record, ensuring the growth of Bo’s Coffee. To date, Bo’s Coffee has expanded to over 100 stores, making Bo’s the country’s biggest homegrown coffee chain.

Having owned F&B businesses in the past, Cary Gee has been passionate on helping hospitality businesses build a customer engagement to drive transactions and retention for merchants.

His vast experience in managing software teams and business operating system (BOS) for his restaurant chains led him to the creation of the BOTTY—a chatbot that allows users to order meals through messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger.




BOTTY has been present in several food chains in different countries, and today, it will finally be launched in the Philippines as an advance ordering option with Bo’s Coffee.
