StarStruck judge Cherie Gil couldn’t hide her happiness when she received a special treat from her friend and former co-star Sharon Cuneta on the set of the reality-based artista search StarStruck which is currently on its 7th season.
The Megastar sent Cherie a feast of lechon, crabs, gambas, cake, and even customized kakanin that the whole set of StarStruck enjoyed eating.
The StarStruck judge proudly took to Instagram her appreciation of Sharon’s gift. She posted a short video of herself showcasing the food that she received from Sharon.
She said, “Thank you so much, Sharon! I mean really, this is too much. I love you. You made me feel so so so loved and everybody now knows that.”
In the caption she wrote, “I love love you @reallysharoncuneta look how happy you made my #Starstruck family and of course me ! SAAAARRRAAAP GRABE. I’ll never forget this again. Another one of your many generous acts of love in my life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you @lechon_diva the best !!”

Sharon and Cherie became friends after they co-starred in the 1985 hit Filipino film Bituing Walang Ningning. Aside from it, the two also starred in the movie Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas together with Dina Bonnevie.
Recently, the two luminaries met up and even re-enacted their iconic movie scene in Bituing Walang Ningning, which is “You’re nothing but a second-rate, trying hard, copycat,” but with their roles switched.
