The netizen tweeted, “Me kumakalat n balita na iboboycott daw eto movie ng mga ADN at ibang KNs ng malaman maraming halikan dito sina alden at kathryn..kasi naman bilang nanay hindi man lang nirespeto boyfren ng anak at pinayagan makipaglaplapan sa ibang lalake anak nia..yan ba sinasabi nio role model.”

Hello, Love, Goodbye is a Star Cinema Production headlined by two talented actors from different love teams and networks, Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards. Directed by the box-office winning director Cathy Garcia-Molina, the film is a story of two Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) based in Hong Kong who will struggle to fight between their love for each other and their dreams.
A two-minute trailer was released on July 1 and quickly reached 3 million views on YouTube, 3.3 million views on Facebook, and 3.03 million views on Twitter.
Fans and non-fans who watched the trailer posted their reactions on different social media platforms to praise Alden and Kathryn for a job well done. Their “nakakapanakit” lines and emotion-filled scenes moved many viewers, making them even more excited to watch the full movie that will premiere on July 31.
They also acknowledged Direct Cathy Garcia-Molina for the overall concept of the movie and for choosing two actors. Coming from different love teams, the KathDen team-up is a breath of fresh air and the “kilig vibe” they give is so natural and free-flowing.
Here are some of the reactions of netizens on Twitter:
Akala ko si Joshua Garcia na bigla ang katambal niya. LOL.
Pero in all seriousness, these actors growing out of their love teams are always a breath of fresh air. This looks promising. Not that Kathryn Bernardo ever fails to deliver. #HelloLoveGoodbye https://t.co/HIMRTAlZPk
