- Maine Mendoza pairs up with Carlo Aquino for upcoming Black Sheep film
- Black Sheep productions, a film outfit under the said network, on Thursday announced that Mendoza will star in its new film “Isa Pa With Feelings” alongside Carlo Aquino
Kapuso actress Maine Mendoza is very excited to work with Kapamilya Actor Carlo Aquino in an upcoming film Isa pa With Feelings produced by Black Sheep.
Mendoza, also known as Yaya Dub, didn’t have any second thoughts about starring in a movie with Aquino.
At the press conference of Isa pa With Feelings, the actress shared her excitement. “Hindi na ako nag-isip. Go na. Super na-excite ako bigla. Doon sa story din kasi, very interesting.”
The actress is also known for being a big fan of Carlo Aquino since the actor starred in the movie Meet Me in St. Gallen. Maine even tweeted a photo of herself fangirling over Carlo last year.

“Nagulat ako pero in a good way naman. Happy kasi I really do want to work with him, lalo na nung napanood ko ‘yung Meet Me in St. Gallen na nag-fan girl ako sa kanya.”
Maine is even proud that the movie will feature something new and different for viewers.
“Kakaiba siya. Something new. ‘Yun lang ang masasabi namin ngayon. Nung pini-pitch sa akin ito, ‘Talaga, ganyan?’ ‘Yun lang ang nasabi ko. Very unique.”
When Maine was asked about how her fans would react to her pairing up with Carlo Aquino, she replied, “Ready naman ako sa kung anong ire-react nila. I was born ready. Ang fresh ng team up. Abangan natin. Titignan ko sa Twitter kung anong response. Sana [positive], bago rin kasi and from two different networks nga.”
