ABS-CBN’s rising star Loisa Andalio is up for repackaging her image as a sexy star for more mature roles as she turned vicenarian.
This age may be old enough to go daring for on-screen projects.
“Sa akin, ngayong 20 na ako, mas gusto ko ‘yung mas drama, siguro ‘yung ‘sexy’ didikit na lang ‘yun sa pagiging mature ng character eh,” she said
Last June 10 in Tonight With Boy Abunda guesting, Loisa admitted she still considers her limits. She is open for more mature roles but not the type that goes extremely sexy. “Yung mas may lalim at mas may karga lang na roles,” Loisa said.
Speaking of taking her acting to a bolder level, fans and spectators listed down her name on the roster of actresses qualified for the highly-coveted Darna role.
Loisa started her career via ABS-CBN’s Pinoy Big Brother and made her way into showbiz. She is known for her sweet, angelic innocent face.
Young as she is, the promising star already faced a number of controversies and issues this 2019. Last March, Loisa was put in the hot seat after an alleged video scandal went viral online.
The controversy gained mixed reactions from netizens and even some of her colleagues. Some were doubtful that it was indeed the Kapamilya star while others were convinced because of the tattoo on her hand.
Meanwhile, there were speculations of Loisa being considered and groomed to take on the former image of Alma Moreno, who was known as a Sex Goddess of Philippine Movies way back in the ’70s and ’80s.
