Rosang Agimat has been shelved due to the tragic on-set accident which led to the eventual death of cast member Eddie Garcia.
It was supposed to be replacement of Kara Mia and would have been the biggest break for Jeric Gonzales who had undergone training for it.
Jeric is one of the many showbiz personalities who were emotionally affected by the sudden loss of actor-director Eddie Garcia who had been his idol even before he entered showbiz.
GMA-7 will be giving him new projects and he is currently preparing for them.
Jeric started out as Ultimate Male Protégé from the second season of the reality show Protege, a reality-based artista search created by GMA Network.
In 2013, Gonzales appeared as a guest in sitcom Pepito Manaloto. Gonzales was also part of the prime time telenovela, Love and Lies.
In 2014, Gonzales became part of the cast of Hustisya and of Nora Aunor’s Dementia.

Also in 2014, Gonzales became a member of the musical trio 3logy with Abel Estanislao and Jak Roberto. Their first song was the revival of Jolina Magdangal’s hit “Maybe It’s You.”
He was also part of big primetime series like Kambal, Karibal as Michael Roy “Makoy” Claveria and Ika-5 utos as Brix Lorenzo.
