On July 21, Sunday, Bea Alonzo made a cryptic post on Instagram. While she didn’t mention any names, it was presumed that she was talking about her failing relationship with Gerald Anderson.
The actress shared a black photo with a caption: “‘You can’t make the same mistake twice, the second time you make it, it’s not a mistake anymore, it’s a choice.’ ENOUGH.”
Meanwhile, an Instagram post from a netizen circulated on the social media after it revealed information about the alleged affair between Julia Barretto and Bea’s boyfriend, Gerald Anderson. The photo showed Julia and Gerald together at Rayver Cruz’s 30th birthday celebration last July 20 at Revel in BGC.
Rumors about Gerald and Julia began during the filming of their recent movie Between Maybes. Earlier, Joshua Garcia and Julia admitted that they are now just “best friends” and denied the involvement of Gerald in their breakup.
Several celebrities and netizens were bothered by Bea’s post and were prompted to express their support for her in the comment section.
Julia’s aunt, Gretchen Barretto, who portrayed as Bea’s sister in the 2010 series Magkaribal, had some comforting words for the actress.
“I love you my dearest one,” Gretchen told Bea.
Gretchen is known to be estranged from Julia’s mother, Marjorie Barretto.

She defended her daughter and said that the viral photo was “harmless.” She also reiterated that the two Between Maybes stars are just friends.
