GMA Network sitcom Pepito Manaloto: Ang Tunay na Kuwento directed by Bert de Leon is undeniably loved by viewers.
The reality-sitcom was premiered on March 28, 2010, as Pepito Manaloto. It was relaunched on September 16, 2012 with a new title.
The show has been going on for nine years and continuously supported by viewers compared to ABS-CBN’s Home Sweetie Home Extra Sweet as shown in NUTAM (National Urban Television Audience Measurement) results for the month of June.
On June 1, Pepito Manaloto earned 8.7% viewership rating, higher than the 6.8% of Home Sweetie Home Extra Sweet.
By June 8, the Kapuso show’s rating rose up to 9.6% (that is 0.9% higher than its previous rating) while the Kapamilya show decreased to 8.7% (1.9% lower than its previous rating).
As of June 15, Pepito Manaloto’s viewership decreased to 8.2% while ‘Home Sweetie Home’ garnered a rating of 7.7%.
On June 22, Pepito Manaloto got 8.2% while rival program got 7.3% rating.
By June 29, Pepito Manaloto’still did better than Home Sweetie Home. The former gathered 9.0% rating while the latter gained 8.4% which was higher than its previous rating.
