- “Hindi siya marunong umarte, magaling siya!” Cathy Garcia-Molina praised Alden Richards for his acting
- Alden Richards received praises from Cathy Garcia-Molina for his acting
- It’s the first time Alden will be doing a movie with Star Cinema
During the grand press conference for Hello, Love, Goodbye, Cathy Garcia-Molina revealed that she enjoyed directing Alden Richards whom she worked with for the first time.
“I have worked with so many actors na mababait at magagaling. Alden is one of them. Nu’ng sinabi nilang Alden [ang makakasama ni Kathryn Bernardo], sabi ko ‘Hmmm, mataba lang pero mukhang marunong umarte itong batang ito,’” she said.
The Box Office director also admitted that she was wrong about Alden’s acting.
“Nagkamali ako. Hindi siya marunong. Magaling siya. At napakabait na tao,” she said.
These kind words from Molina left Richards teary-eyed and had him kneeling before the director to give her a tight hug.
“This is probably one of my highlights as an actor,” Richards captioned his photo while emotionally kneeling before Molina.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to work with and learn from you, Direk. For your words of wisdom and encouragement, Direk Cathy… thank you.”
