Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo said that she wants to work with Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera on a project. She revealed this during her guest appearance on GMA Network show Unang Hirit to promote her movie with Alden Richards, Hello, Love, Goodbye. A few days ago, the latter also went to ABS-CBN’s show Umagang Kayganda to promote the movie.
“Miss Marian Rivera,” Kathryn said when asked which Kapuso artist she would want to work with during her guesting on GMA’s morning show Unang Hirit on July 12, Friday.
“Siya (Rivera) lang ‘yung artista na na-star struck ako. Hindi kami nagkasama pero nagkikita kami sometimes sa events,” Kathryn shared.
“Pumunta siya nung debut ko, sobrang saya ko no’n. For me, siya ‘yung pinakamaganda sa buong mundo, Marian Rivera,” she added.

Kathryn and Marian already worked together in GMA Network’s adaptation of Endless Love in 2010. Kathryn played the role of young Jenny (Marian Rivera). She was also offered a part in the Kapuso youth-oriented series Tween Hearts with Kristoffer Martin, Joshua Dionisio, and Barbie Forteza but she opted to join the Mara Clara remake on ABS-CBN.
Marian starred in her first movie under Star Cinema with Ai-Ai delas Alas titled Kung Fu Divas in 2013.
The upcoming movie Hello, Love, Goodbye marks the first project of Kathryn and Alden together. Kathryn often stars with real-life partner Daniel Padilla, while Alden is one-half of the phenomenal AlDub tandem alongside Maine Mendoza.
Helmed by Cathy Garcia-Molina,the movie will be shown in cinemas on July 31.
