Maine Mendoza will soon star in an upcoming movie with Kapamilya actor Carlo Aquino. The two will be paired up for the first time.
On June 26, Thursday, ABS-CBN Film’s Black Sheep announced that Maine and Carlo will be working together on the movie Isa Pa With Feelings to be directed by Prime Cruz.
The movie will be a co-production with APT Entertainment.
At the movie’s story conference, the two had their chance to interact with each other. Both of them expressed their excitement for the film.

According to Maine, she immediately said yes when the project was offered to her since she was an avid fan of Carlo’s.
“I’m happy because I really want to work with him,” Maine said.
The two first met on February 7, 2018, during the movie premiere of Meet Me In St. Gallen, a romantic comedy-drama movie of Carlo and Bela Padilla. She posted their photo on Twitter with the caption: “Pwede mag fangirl?”

The film outfit has yet to give out more details about the movie and its release date has yet to be announced. However, the movie’s director revealed that the film is about two broken people who find each other.
Apart from Maine, Alden Richards, her former love team partner, was also paired up with Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo for their much-anticipated movie Hello, Love, Goodbye which is slated to be released on July 31.
