Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2019 is Gazini Christiana Ganados who will .be representing the country in the Miss Universe Pageant later this year. With the country pinning their hopes on her for a back-to-back win after Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, there is a lot of pressure on this Cebuana beauty.

- She grew up with her grandparents
Gazini was raised by her maternal grandparents. With so much love for her ‘Nay’ and ‘Tay’, she made it a mission to advocate for the elderly.
- She is half-Palestinian
The newly crowned queen is the daughter of a Filipino mother and a Palestinian father whom she has never met.
- She is an only child
Gazini has no siblings, though she might have half-siblings with her dad whom she has yet to meet.
- She’s a traveler and nature-lover
A peek of her Instagram and you’ll be amazed just how she loves traveling. She’s fond of beaches and beauty of nature. With photos of her snorkeling in the sea, scuba diving, or just getting some sun, you definitely could say that Gazini enjoys outdoors. Prior to her latest crown, Gazini has joined several local pageants. She was crowned as Miss Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. 2016. She also holds the title of Miss Bohol 2017 first runner-up. She also competed in Miss Philippines 2014. This, actually is her first title in a national pageant.
- She stands 5’8″ tall and her birthday falls on the 26th of December
Gazini is originally from Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte. When she was in Grade 6, they moved to Talisay City, Cebu where they live until now.
Aside from the crown, Ganados won the following special awards during the early stage of the competition:

- Face of Binibini (Miss Photogenic)
During the Question and Answer portion of the pageant, she was asked: “If you win the crown tonight, what can you do to get more women in the workplace?”
Her answer was: “If I win the crown tonight, what I will do is to promote my advocacy. My advocacy is for us women to fight for our rights and for the elderly care and for us to be able to know that someone is loving and someone is pushing us to whatever ambitions that we have. We will be able to rise from our decisions to whatever dreams that we have, goals that we have, and we will achieve it because of those values, the wisdom that they gave us. Thank you.”
