- Kapuso hunk David Borneo says he is not prioritizing a love life because of his budget
Kapuso hunk Dave Bornea said he has no plans of entering a relationship yet because having a girlfriend is expensive.
A mainstay of GMA Network comedy anthology’s ‘Dear Uge’ and teledrama ‘Sahaya,’ Dave said having a girlfriend is not yet part of his plans so he will just focus on his career and on saving for his family and his future.
He said “girlfriend” is not yet included in his budget that is why he is currently content with just “looking at girls.”
“Magastos po ang magkaroon ng girlfriend. Hindi kasama ang girlfriend sa budget ko! Kaya tiis-tiis na lang muna. Hanggang tingin na lang muna tayo sa mga girls,” he said.
Bornea is thankful for all the shows that he is doing right now because he is able to send money to his family in Cebu.
Every time he receives his talent fee, he makes sure to pay all his bills, send money to his family, and set aside money for his own needs.
“Kapag dumating ang araw ng suweldo, iniisip ko muna yung mga babayaran ko. Tapos ‘yung ipapadala ko sa family ko. Huli na ‘yung para sa sarili ko,” Bornea added.
Dave is currently part of GMA Network primetime teledrama ‘Sahaya’ which stars Miguel Tanfelix, Bianca Umali, and Migo Adacer.
Bornea became popular for his viral video Dubsmash “Twerk It Like Miley” along Jay Arcilla and Kenneth Medrano.
