Noontime viewers continue to get their daily dose of good vibes from ABS-CBN’s It’s Showtime and its segment KapareWho which started on February 25.
KapareWho is a compatibility game featuring singles, 40 and older, who are looking for friendship and companionship. Every day, two ladies evaluate three masked men and choose a potential friend or partner based on their actions, words, and personality.
With this newest audience favorite, It’s Showtime maintained its high ratings throughout the past few months against its rival Eat Bulaga of GMA Network.
On June 4 (Tuesday), the It’s Showtime family happily announced that their former KapareWho contestants with screen names Abra Kadabro and Ukay Girl are now engaged.
It’s Showtime hosts Vhong Navarro and Jhong Hilario invited the couple onstage to share their romantic story.
Ukay Girl then narrated how they ended up together on April 11 and finally decided to be engaged.
Kaso nagkita kami one time, nagkaroon kami ng get together pagkita niya sa akin di niya na ako tinigilan,” she continued.
Abra Kadabro, with an obvious smile in his face, confirmed Ukay Girl’s story. Ukay Girl then defended their fast-paced relationship which blossomed only over a month.

Ukay Girl concluded.
Vice Ganda showed his support for the couple saying that their relationship should not be judged.
He even cited Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzales as an example of a couple who started out as friends and went straight into marriage without much of a boyfriend-girlfriend stage.
Afterwards, the hosts congratulated the couple and wished them the best for their relationship.
