Jennylyn Mercado is always known for her great acting skills. Throughout the years, she is considered as one of GMA Network’s gem.
It wasn’t so long ago too, that GMA Network announced that they will be making a remake of the popular Korean Drama series ‘Descendants of the Sun’ and confirmed that the Kapuso’s Primetime King DingDong Dantes will take on the male lead role.
But the question is–who would be his leading lady?
According to Jojo Gabinete of Pilipino Star Ngayon, he said that it’s no other than, Jennylyn Mercado, who will be Dantes’s partner.
“Uumpisahan sa June 2019 ang taping ng Philippine adaptation ng popular Koreanovela na Descendants of the Sun na pagbibidahan nina Dingdong Dantes at Jennylyn Mercado.”
It has been confirmed that the PMPC Star Awardee Jennylyn Mercado will play the role of Dr. Kang Mo-yeon “Beauty”.
The said K-Drama swept the nation, and a lot are looking forward to the remake.
Well, Jennylyn is obviously GMA Network’ in-demand TV leading lady. She’s currently doing ‘Love You Two’ on GMA Telebabad with Gabby Concepcion.
