Rumor has it, GMA Network is in a look-out for an onscreen partner for Maine Mendoza for ‘Daddy’s Gurl.’ ‘Daddy’s Gurl,’ is a Philippine television comedy series broadcast by GMA Network and worldwide on GMA Pinoy TV.
There has not a news confirming the need for a tandem for Maine, yet looking for new and fresh concept for the said sitcom, some production crew spilled.
Atom Araullo, is set to guest for the sitcom, but only cameo appearances for the mean time. Apparently, the handsome journalist, Araullo, only has eyes for news and documentary, so the he turned down the offer. Who might know of the chemistry the two has, if ever the plan pushed thru.
If there is a chance for Maine to be paired to another loveteam, how will the AlDub fans react? Considering the fact that the AlDub loveteam is no more.
To back track the path of the Phenomenal love team AlDub, Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, they are one of the breakout and record-breaking couples from the showbiz industry. Their chemistry was just accidentally discovered in ‘Eat Bulaga’s’ ‘Kalyeserye’ and the two instantly became a love team through having that split screen communication that aired from July 16, 2015 to December 17, 2016.

And now, Maine is being linked to the Kapamilya Actor, Arjo Atayde while Alden who has not been romantically involved with anyone, has just come out with his own surprise—a new leading lady. On March 12, ABS-CBN’s film arm Star Cinema announced that its prized star Kathryn Bernardo is topbilling a movie with Alden Richards.
